Last 24th October it was held the last ARIES Advisory Board meeting at Paris.
ARIES Advisory Board meeting, 24th October Paris. ARIES project has organized a meeting with the advisory board of the project in order to present the actual status of the project since the last meeting with them, provide details description of the architecture finally defined, the technical details of components of the framework and the demonstrator defined for the two pilots.
The objective was to receive feedback from the experts of the advisory board either at related to the technical solution and also the viability of the business opportunity behind the proposed framework.
In this meeting we will count with the advisory board members Herbert Leitold, Kirsten Bock, Kalev Pihl, Abbie Barbier Antonio Kung and Jon Shamah covering different area of expertise.
The meeting was very productive with several discussion about the impact of eIDAS and ARIES solution, the possibility of considering eIDs that are not physical also as future work and the consideration on privacy aspects and possible contributions to ISO working groups in the topic. In general the members of the advisory board considering that the project its progressing well and seems to be making its results with a clear possible impact.
